This Audi S1 was already well known to us, as we had already carried out both stage 1 and then stage 2 Revo conversions, using a full Milltek exhaust from the turbo back.
We added a Sachs performance clutch kit and Revo turbo muffler delete, Wagner competition intercooler and Revo induction kit. The Revo stage three conversion requires a larger turbo. A direct replacement for the factory IS20 turbo found on 2.0 TSI EA888.
By borrowing the turbo from its big brother the Audi S3, the is38 turbo is a bolt on solution and no modifications are necessary when replacing the turbo.There is a significant increase in performance without the need to open up the engine.
