Had my VW Tourareg in with Votex for a service today. All works completed and communicated brilliantly during the day. Quick turn around and the best surprise was a clean car ready for collection! Believe me it needed it. Thank you Votex. Above and beyond. See you for the next service.

I’ve used votex for many years always done a fantastic job, today I picked my car up after they put in a new clutch, my car now feels like I’ve just drove it out of the show room it’s brilliant, I cannot be happier votex do a fantastic job. The customer service is the best great team work.

My A4 was due for its Air conditioning recharge as it had stopped working earlier this summer. Two other gargages had allowed to me to book in and then let me down last minute much to my frustration. Not Votex!!! A friend of mine who owns Golfs recommended Votex. I only wish I had thought them earlier. They promised a fast and efficient customer service AND they delivered it. Would recommend. I’m fairly new to the area and this is the second time I’ve used Votex. On both occasions they have been superb. First with my Audi A7 which had an EML on (transient NOx sensor fault, cleared and never came back) and just now with my VW T5 Camper with suspect binding brakes (hand brake cable slightly too tight). Can’t fault the service at all, and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Today we collected our long lusted after Cayman, the car is amazing, so happy. But James made the whole experience so much better, lovely, lovely guy, really knowledgeable ( I googled him and now I know why!) Nothing was too much and he thought of everything we needed, everyone else we met were awesome, such a great team. We wouldn't hesitate to refer Votex to anyone and we will be using them for services etc. They really know their stuff, (seriously, google James and his dad, amazing!) Thank you so much, we are more than totally happy.

Recently purchased a car from Votex , Absolutely brilliant customer service . Great communication , knowledge and professionalism. I have bought many cars over the 35 years I have been driving and I can honestly say I have never before experienced the friendly , personal , genuine customer service I received at Votex I will definitely be taking my car there for any servicing / repairs etc . A big thank you too the Votex team .

Brought my Audi TTRS in for a revo stage 1 and what a fantastic experience. Mike is a fountain of knowledge and gave me some fantastic advice. This is the kind of place where it’s not right until it’s perfect which certainly suits me. Felt confident that I was in safe hands as soon as I arrived. Looking forward to doing more business in the future!

I own 2 cars VW Golf and a VW Polo, I have just started using this garage for my MOT's service, and other jobs. Every time I have been they have been nice friendly and helpful, they have done a great job on my cars.Thanks all at Votex.

Hi Karen Just a quick note to thank you and your colleagues for the excellent service today. I always used to use you some years back when I had a variety of Audis but over the last few years I have driven both Jaguars and Land Rovers so used their dealerships for servicing. I cannot begin to tell you how much better it was to be able to have my VW serviced so close to home and to experience your superb service again. Very efficient drop off and pick up, everybody really friendly, all work completed as expected, fast turnaround, all paperwork complete and waiting for me, car cleaned and ready to go. The main dealers could learn a great deal from Votex about customer care and value for money servicing. Sadly I doubt they will, but that’s their loss! Thanks again Kind Regards Phil

I have just purchased a high value car through Votex. They have been extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful through the entire process. I am very happy with the car and the service I received. It is a family business with very impressive workshop and an interesting stock of cars for sale. Full covid precautions were in place for each stage of the purchase. I would thoroughly recommend.

I got in touch with Votex upon recommendation from Revo, a VW tuning specialist hardware manufacturer. There was a firm who could do the job much much closer to me, however Revo were quite particular about recommending Mike and I can completely understand why. Upon initial conversation Mike was keen to hear why I wanted to tune my vehicle and made several recommendations. He listened to what I wanted provided it and gave me confidence in doing so. There was quite a lead time ordering the parts I wanted and Mike and Karen kept me updated throughout the process, managing my expectations. Since having the tune 4 weeks ago, the car is a different machine, it's absolutely more than I expected. I'm overjoyed with the work done on my car and can't wait to visit again when it's time for a new one!!

I have been taking my cars to Votex for over 25 years. I would highly recommend them. They will always go the extra mile to make sure you have your car sorted. I am currently shielding and they fetched my car from my house and brought it home when it was finished. Brilliant and personal service - an excellent garage.

A big thank you to Mike at Votex for his honest advice and excellent service! He ordered and fitted a genuine Audi spring, the next day, for a significantly better price than the quote from Audi, and 3 days sooner than Audi were able to do it! THANK YOU! Highly recommended as a good alternative to VW/Audi dealerships :-)

To the guys & girl at VOTEX a VERY BIG THANX for your help, I gave you what was almost an impossible job to do fix our 2014 VW T5.1 TRANSPORTER KOMBI. 2015 the engine blew on our way home from a holiday in Cornwall. 2016 the engine head blew again on our way home from a holiday in Cornwall. 2017 we got home off holiday in Cornwall & the water pump failed. Due to been unsatisfied with the work VW was doing, I turned to VOTEX to service our van. Turns out VW had not done work on VW's own schedule when I asked VW about the missed work on checking our vans history VW confirmed the work should have been done with the service in 2017. A couple of weeks after VOTEX serviced our van it gave up on us, we had our van recovered to VOTEX. I contacted VW but they washed their hand of our problems. The ECU had failed, it was replaced but the van didn't run well. In the end, almost all the fuel system had to be replaced it had VOTEX crawling up its tailpipe before they solved the problems. I can't express how grateful we are to VOTEX for all their help, & would recommend VOTEX to all car owners. Thanx VOTEX !!!

Thanks, Votex team (recommended by a friend as we were not local) for your very quick response to potentially a serious problem regarding a loud grinding noise in one of the wheels of my car. You were able to reassure me that the issue was a stone that had become stuck in the wheel but that it had removed itself. We were able to resume our journey to Wales with much relief. Paula

My Golf TDI went into limp mode. I contacted Votex (based on a recommendation from another garage in Macclesfield) and dropped off the car with them the following day. The fault was diagnosed as a problem with the turbo actuator, and I was advised of the parts and likely labour costs before they started the repair. The garage dealt with the warranty company, and the repairs were completed (largely under warranty) and the car was back on the road within 48 hours of being booked in. I wouldn't hesitate to use Votex again. Excellent service.

The AA recovery truck dropped off my car with Votex after the engine went into limp mode. They were not able to look at it for a few days, which was not a problem. Anyway, when they did get around to looking at the malfunction it was quickly diagnosed the turbocharger actuator module was faulty. The car was ready the next day, great service. Communication was first class, provided by Karen in the office. I would highly recommend Votex.

It was lovely to speak to a friendly helpful garage which is more than can be said about Peugeot Gateway. As the car is still under guarantee until end March I have managed to get a slot with them but will be changing once warranty up! Many thanks.

Had a Revo remap at Votex. Unfortunately it did not suit my vehicle in the end, but Mike could not have been more helpful in resetting the car to standard and making the full "30 day guarantee" refund there and then.

I've not used Votex for a while, but returned to them when the service plan came to and end on my current vehicle. (I have used them in the past but not for quite some time.) Car has just been in for a major service and I'd forgotten how good they were. Vehicle was serviced to as-good, if not better standard than Vdub, with a fair cost saving. It's refreshing to be able to talk to the mechanics and ask questions, unlike in the main dealers were the technicians are all behind glass and it's all done via a receptionist. I'm not sure if it's their policy but as far as I can see all the parts used appear to be genuine VAG. (Which is something I forgot to ask beforehand, but was pleased to see when I had a little look around the car when I got home.) I'm quietly impressed and will be using them again. I would happily recommend them without issue.

Of recent years I have been taking my beloved cars to Votex for all the required services and I am very impressed with the professionalism of the whole team, they go above and beyond. What service!! My daughter had a puncture last night in Congleton, we were unable to get the wheel off to put the spare on, as the wheel nut was rounded. I called Votex this morning and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. They picked the car up from where we left it, took it back to the garage and managed to put the spare on, all within an hour and for a very reasonable price. Brilliant! Thank you Votex, highly recommended. Wish you were nearer to where I live.

Thank you for the reminder about my MOT. I have now moved from Congleton so will not be able to use your garage any more. I would like to say though a very big thank you for looking after my car over the past 7 years, you have always been professional and extremely helpful.
